We are pleased to announce that Karanovic & Partners has supported the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) in its mission to foster economic development and prosperity in the Southeast Europe region.
Our team advised EFSE in relation with two loans that have been extended to Serbian banks in 2021, both aimed at supporting micro and small enterprises and entrepreneurs:
- RSD 2.3 billion local currency loan extended to Eurobank Direktna a.d.; and
- EUR 15 million loan extended to ProCredit Bank a.d.
Partner Katarina Gudurić and Associate Dimitrije Ilić led the Karanovic & Partners team in both transactions.
