BIG Shopping centers has signed the final agreement on purchasing two more projects in Serbia – Plaza Kragujevac shopping center and Kruševac Shopping Park. The agreement itself is a huge step for the expansion of their business as they continue to grow and try to provide the highest quality of service to their visitors.
Today BIG Group owns 4 centers in Vojvodina: BIG Novi Sad, BIG Fashion Outlet Inđija, BIG Pančevo and BIG Zrenjanin and 3 centers in Belgrade: BIG Fashion Mall & Park and BIG Rakovica. The acquisitions in Kragujevac and Kruševac will strenghten their network in Serbia without a doubt.
Karanovic & Partners were proud to be involved with such huge acquisitions, as five of our colleagues were the team responsible for legal matters of the whole process. Senior Partner Miloš Vučković, Partner Ivan Nonković and Senior Associates Ana Luković, Marko Ćulafić, and Milorad Gajić joined forces to make sure that the whole acquisition would be done as fast as possible.
Total value of acquisition is 61 Million EUR, with projects total annual net operating income of 5.2 Million EUR. At this moment, BIG Group is in charge of 9 shopping centers in Serbia, and 4 more projects in categories of residential, office and logistics.
