The natural gas transmission operator in North Macedonia – NOMAGAS JSC Skopje – published a contract notice in an open procurement procedure for services involving contract administration and supervision of works. The services are related to the construction of a section located in North Macedonia of the gas interconnection pipeline between North Macedonia and Greece.
The purpose of the contract is to provide supervision services and support management services regarding administrative issues and other documentation requirements, as well as to provide assistance to the Project Implementation Unit. The selected bidder will have to fulfill all duties of the Engineer in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (“Red Book” – First Edition, 1999). The supervision services will be conducted over the works that include the construction of the bidirectional gas interconnector Negotino – Evzoni on the territory of North Macedonia.
The gas pipeline is approximately 67 km long, with a working pressure of 74/54 bar. The estimated total value is EUR 2,475,000 (exc. VAT, if applicable).
The contract will be awarded for the duration of 39 months. The deadline for submitting the bids is at noon local time on 6 March 2023.
