BIG CEE B.V. has signed a debt package of up to EUR 100 million with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), for boosting the development of green commercial real estate in the Western Balkans.
The initial projects that will be financed include a EUR 27.6 million loan, given to District Center doo Beograd and PKS-LATEX-HLC doo Čačak. Our Partner Katarina Gudurić advised District Center doo Beograd and PKS-LATEX-HLC doo Čačak on this transaction.
BIG CEE B.V, operating twelve active shopping centers in the region, will use the loan to finance the development, upgrade and acquisition of modern retail parks and shopping centers in Nova Pazova and Čačak, Serbia.
