We are pleased to announce that Karanovic & Partners supported the European Fund for Southeast Europe, acting in respect of its Regional Sub-Fund (EFSE), as well as the Green for Growth Fund (GGF) with the provision of two MREL-compliant loans to Serbian AIK Banka. The EUR 30 million loan provided by EFSE aims as supporting MSMEs, especially in rural areas, while the EUR 10 million loan provided by GGF is intended for boosting green lending.
Our work included legal support to EFSE and GGF in implementing the two transactions.
