We are pleased to announce that Karanovic & Partners supported the Green for Growth Fund, Southeast Europe (GGF) with the provision of another loan in Serbia, as part of its efforts to provide finance for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments in the Southeast Europe Region.
In June 2022, GGF closed a deal with UniCredit Bank Serbia JSC for extending a loan facility in the amount of EUR 10 million. Our work included the provision of legal advice to GGF in connection to the transaction.
