Partners Goran Radošević and Ivan Nonković as well as Senior Associate Igor Radovanović participated in the Serbian Gaming Association’s Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on 26 May.
This session is only a part of the Serbian Gaming Association’s various informative AMAs whose purpose is to shed more light on the burning issues in the gaming industry based on the questions raised by the very members of this community.
Goran, Ivan and Igor had the opportunity to discuss and elaborate on essential concepts of intellectual property and its protection, the pros and cons of establishing a limited liability company, investor’s approach to financing of local gaming start-ups and the like. During the one-hour session, participants were provided with a bird’s eye overview of the industry as well as examples of best practices which we have encountered in our practice. In addition, Goran, Ivan and Igor have also shared their experience regarding key mistakes that companies make in the early stage of development and provided inputs on how to tackle these issues.
