Interenergo, an international energy company and one of the largest of its kind in Slovenia, along with the investment firm Trigal, enter into a EUR 40 million investment for the construction of 30 MW wind farm in Bogdanci, North Macedonia.
Our cooperating local lawyers from North Macedonia provided full-scale assistance to Interenergo in this respect.
Interenergo as holder of 51% and chief technical developer will be responsible for implementation of the project, which will include use of cutting-edge technology. The six wind turbines are expected to become operational by 2023 and to generate 72 GWh on an annual basis, enough to supply 18,000 households.
