The private investment group KKCG Group has closed their multi-jurisdictional acquisition of the Seavus group. Our cooperating lawyers from North Macedonia handled the local side of the transaction and coordinated the work for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania on the buy-side of the acquisition, which was led by Clifford Chance Prague as the lead corporate and financing legal counsel.
With this acquisition, ARICOMA Group, the IT services consolidation platform of the KKCG Group, penetrates further markets in Europe and becomes an international player in the IT industry. It will encompass a group of specialized companies, which together will offer customers an integrated range of digital transformation services.
