Karanovic & Partners advised precious and base metals explorer Adriatic Metals regarding the acquisition of 90% of the shares in the company Ras Metals, which holds exploration licences over former silver-zinc-lead mines Kiževak and Sastavci. Adriatic Metals had already indirectly held a 10% share in Ras Metals through its subsidiary Tethyan Resource Corp.
