BIG CEE, a subsidiary of BIG Shopping Centres Israel, develops and manages retail properties across the Balkans, operating 16 centres in Serbia, including major malls and retail parks. The company also owns BIG FASHION Podgorica, the largest shopping centre in Montenegro, and The Capital Plaza, a multifunctional complex, with plans for further expansion in both Serbia and Montenegro, supported by a recent €100 million financing package from EBRD.
