The Karanovic & Partners team, led by Partner Petar Mitrović assisted with the state incentives while Senior Associates Ana Luković and Milorad Gajić advised in relation to the land acquisition, lease agreements, construction contracts and design and project management agreements. Estimated worth of the project is 140 million euros.
