Karanovic & Partners advised MTU Aero Engines, a German aircraft engine manufacturer that develops, manufactures, and provides service support for military and civil aircraft engines.
The Karanovic & Partners team, led by Senior Partner Marjan Poljak and Senior Associate Ana Luković advised the company in relation to the construction of the new Maintenance-Repair-and-Overhaul-Facility in Serbia as well as related to a tender for contractors and construction agreements. The opening of the facility is expected in 2023.
