PPF Group has completed the sale of a 50% plus one share in its PPF Telecom Group assets in Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovakia to Emirates Telecommunication Group Company (e&’s), establishing a new venture, e& PPF Telecom Group. This transaction, valued at EUR 2.15 billion, with an additional earn-out potential of up to EUR 350 million, creates a significant new telecom player in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), bringing together PPF’s in-depth local expertise and e&’s global technological capabilities.
