Our Senior Partner, Milan Lazić, was one of the lecturers at the “Arbitration as a Mechanism for Resolving Commercial Disputes” training, organised by the Serbian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Serbia) as part of the activities of the Serbian  ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. The training, which was held on 18 September at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, gathered around 50 representatives from small, medium, and large companies, as well as banks, lawyers, and various other sectors.

Speakers included our Senior Partner Milan Lazić and Natasha Lalatović Đorđević, a Partner at Moravčević, Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr, as members of the Serbian ICC Arbitration Commission. The lecturers addressed key topics, including how to tailor arbitration to meet the specific needs of companies and their commercial transactions, selecting appropriate arbitration rules, and drafting effective arbitration clauses. They explored the features and benefits of arbitral proceedings, such as efficiency, flexibility, and confidentiality, guided participants through the arbitration process step-by-step, and illustrated their points with practical examples.
