Our Partner, Katarina Gudurić, and Senior Associate, Andrej Jelenković attended Blockchain Legal Workshop organised by the Serbian Blockchain Summit. The workshop was held in Hotel Zira in Belgrade on 1st December.
Blockchain legal workshop is a specialised event specifically for legal professionals and focuses entirely on legal aspects of cryptocurrency, blockchain utility, as well as decentralised finances, tokenisation, and similar hot topics.
Serbia has recently joined the team of countries that managed to introduce a legal framework for cryptocurrencies in its Digital Assets Law, but many details are still leaving more clarification and proper interpretation.
The goal of this workshop is to help attendees get acquainted with the best legal practices, interpretations, and tax policies by some of the most experienced legal professionals in the country.
