Our Senior Associate, Andrej Jelenković, attended the meeting of the World Service Group/Berlin Group, which gathers litigation practitioners from across Europe. The meeting took place in Tallinn, Estonia, on 6 and 7 June 2024 and COBALT Legal and their partner Lembit Tedder hosted the event.
The agenda covered current litigation topics such as multi-border litigation, the use of AI in case preparation, cross-examination techniques, restructuring modern law firms to incorporate AI, recent trends in increasing white-collar crime cases in the EU, and the issues of confidentiality and the duty to report illegal activities.
