A workshop titled “How to Strategize First Instance Litigation” was organized by Karanović & Partners on 9 May in collaboration with the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade.
The event was designed for undergraduate and master’s law students as part of the Case Study course. During the workshop, Senior Associate Filip Šušulić and Associate Milica Volarev shared their practical experience and gave the participants valuable advice and perspectives.
The workshop provided students with a chance to gain insight into the practical aspects of leading a first-instance civil procedure, presenting evidence, developing a strategy for the process, and coping with various situations that lawyers encounter in court.
