Colt Technology Services (Colt), a digital infrastructure company, announced the entry into an exclusive arrangement for the proposed acquisition of Lumen Technologies’ Europe, Middle East, and Africa business for $1.8 billion. The envisaged transaction is subject to customary conditions.
