Once again, Karanovic & Partners held an interactive workshop for law students called “Green Energy – Legal Aspects”, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade, on 12 May.
The workshop, as a part of the course/skill Case Study and Moot Court, included an overview of the legal aspects of the green energy and the renewables industry that has been developing in Serbia for more than a decade.
Associate Katarina Tomić explained to students what green energy is, presented the green energy regulatory framework and provided an insight to particularities of the green energy addressed in the law.
