On 16 May, Karanović & Partners and the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade collaborated to host a workshop called “Competition Law Infringements in Practice” for law students at the undergraduate and master’s levels.
Our Senior Associate, Stefan Savić, and Associate, Stefan Janković, shared their practical experience and offered valuable insights and advice to the participants.
The workshop served as a part of the Case Study course, aiming to enhance students’ understanding of competition law, its significance, and the most frequent infringements committed by market participants in their everyday business activities. Additionally, the workshop covered the mechanisms employed by the Commission for Protection of Competition to enforce and protect competition law.
