On November 25, Science Technology Park (STP) Nis organised an online AMA session with start-up and scale-up companies, members of STP Nis.
Partners, Ivan Nonkovic and Goran Radosevic, with support from business development, Veronika Tasić, talked about what global technology companies and investors are most interested in when investing or acquiring. Startups and scaleups, members of the STP Nis, also had a lot of questions related to which major business and legal issues they should pay attention to in order to increase their value, ensure an excellent negotiating position and enable the most favourable investment or acquisition.
STP Niš aims to become a regional centre for the development of innovative science and technology entrepreneurship, international promotion of projects and companies, and in this way revive the economy of the Niš region and enhance its global competitiveness.
