On 13 and 14 November, the “Ja, preduzetnik” (“I, Entrepreneur”) conference brought together accomplished business leaders from Serbia to share their journeys, from their first entrepreneurial steps to building successful companies with regional and global relevance. Through inspiring presentations, fireside chats, late-night interviews and panel discussions, participants explored the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs. Family-owned businesses were in the limelight as many founders and second and third-generation owners gave profound insights into their business operations and strategic dilemmas.
Our Senior Partner Miloš Jakovljević participated in the panel titled “How to Reward and Retain Key Talent,” along with Sonja Ćetković, Director of Infostud, moderated by Jelena Popović-Bujić, General Manager of Iceberg Salat Center. The panel offered insights into strategies and practical mechanisms for motivating and retaining top talent in competitive industries.
“Ja, preduzetnik” is one of the leading entrepreneurial platforms in Serbia and the region, focused on education, connection, and growth with a thriving online community of over 50,000 members. We extend our gratitude to Mr Đorđe Petrović and the entire conference team for organising such a meaningful event and inviting us to be a part of it.
