Our colleague, Partner Milena Jakšić Papac who is also the HR Committee President at FIC moderated the event organised by the Foreign Investors Council (FIC).
The event focused on the draft laws that were prepared during the previous year, regulating safety and health at work, employment of foreigners, work practices, and simplified employment in seasonal jobs.
The participants representing the Ministry of Labour and Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Snezana Bogdanovic (Head of the Department for Normative and Study-Analytical Affairs in the Field of Work); Sanja Gavranovic (Head of the Group for Normative and Study-Analytical Affairs in Employment and Economic Migration and Employment Supervision Field); Mira Bozic (Senior Adviser of the Occupational Safety and Health Field, Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Ivana Nikolic (Independent Advisor at the Ministry) shared their views on upcoming laws and answered the questions of FIC members in a fruitful and open discussion.
