Milica Savić is experienced in representing clients in major investment arbitration cases under ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Milica particularly focuses on privatisation related disputes, complex and high-value M&A and construction disputes, bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings as well as commercial and investment arbitration.
Sanja Spasenović is a senior member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. Sanja regularly advises clients on all aspects of commercial law, pharmaceutical law, and healthcare, intellectual property law, including both copyright and industrial property rights, data protection & privacy law, as well as consumer protection and advertising law. She has been a team member on numerous multi-jurisdictional cases and transactions in the region and also heads our Pro Bono Practice
Sava Drača is a member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. Sava advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
