Having graduated in 2004, Miloš started his professional path at the Commercial Court in Belgrade. He joined our Corporate & Commercial Practice Group in 2008, establishing himself as a vital member of our team. His expertise lies in M&As, takeovers, joint ventures, privatisations, corporate restructurings, and capital market transactions. Miloš advises clients in structuring, negotiating and closing complex transactions in a broad range of industries, with particular focus on private equity groups, retail and consumer goods industries.
In 2016, Miloš became a Partner and the cornerstone of our M&A team, demonstrating unparalleled expertise in complex transactions and strategic negotiations, bringing new business in and leading the team.
