Karanovic & Partners took the leading role at the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) event dedicated to the insight into the Agency Employment Law. Partner* Milena Jakšić Papac, who is also the President of the FIC HR Committee, presented in great detail the Agency Employment Law, along with Siniša Simić from Adecco.
This event was a part of a broader effort by the FIC to assist its members to prepare for the start of the implementation of the newly adopted law and engage in the discussion regarding the novelties of the law. The event drew a large number of attendees.
Key topics at the full house event covered conditions for leasing of employees, working conditions of the leased employees, relations between the agencies and employers using their services, rights of leased employees and agency licensing.
