Karanović & Partners Wins The 2022 Stanton Chase Talent Management Award

We are honoured to announce that Karanović & Partners won the Stanton Chase Talent Management Award for 2022.

This prestigious accolade was established in 2014, by Stanton Chase, one of the leading international executive search companies. It is assigned annually for successfully developing and implementing programs for talents, with the aim to raise awareness regarding the importance of talent management programs in a corporate environment. Up to this point, the main winners regularly were both national and multinational companies, all of them top-notch in their industries.

After the special awards for the Most Innovative Locally Developed Talent Programme and the Strongest Commitment for Talent Management being won in 2018 and 2019, this time we feel privileged to celebrate the main award, as a recognition of our commitment and continuing work. It stands as a confirmation of how our core values – excellence, ambition, integrity, and innovation – are always in the service of the entire team. The special prize winners in 2022 include Levi9, for The Most Innovative Locally Developed Talent Programme Awar, Nelt, winning the Most Personalized Talent Management Program, and Mlekara Šabac, for the Most Successful Business Project Engagement of Talents. The awards were presented by the IKEA representatives, the last year’s laureates.
