It gives us great pleasure to announce that Karanović & Partners has been awarded the Deal of the Year 2023 for two groundbreaking transactions. The first one is Ivicom Energy’s EUR 155 Million Financing for the Krivača Power Plant in Serbia, the first-ever project in Serbia to receive financing through a private PPA in which our client Axpo acted as an off-taker.
We are also immensely proud that Karanović & Partners in cooperation with local lawyers won the Deal of the Year award for North Macedonia for our role in Fortis Energetika’s financing for the construction of a 50 MW PV Power Plant at the location of an exhausted coal mine.
