We are pleased to announce that Karanovic & Partners in cooperation with local lawyers, won the Deal of the Year award for North Macedonia for our role in Aricoma Group’s Acquisition of Seavus Group.
This is the fourth year in a row that our practice’s accomplishments are chosen among some of the biggest and most important deals by leading law firms in Central and Eastern European jurisdictions.

Karanovic & Partners in cooperation with local lawyers advised KKCG Group on Acquisition of the Seavus that has great significance for the local and worldwide IT industry considering the widespread parties’ activities on European and American soil. This multi-jurisdictional transaction was primarily challenging due to the necessity for timely and efficient cooperation with the counsels from the different jurisdictions and required a high understanding of the IT industry.
Karanovic & Partners in cooperation with local lawyers provided full-scale advice and coordination on the buy-side for North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania.
Clifford Chance Prague had the role of lead international counsel and Mannheimer Swartling covered Sweden on the buy side, with Bird & Bird’s Stockholm advising the sell side.
