The Serbian Games Association („SGA“) is currently holding its Game Funding Bootcamp („GFB“) – an initiative aimed at presenting different ways of how to access funding , connect teams with relevant experts and gain valuable insights for gaming projects, and Karanovic & Partners shared their experience to help tackle these complex topics.
Our colleagues, Ivan Nonković, Partner, and Igor Radovanović, Senior Associate, took part in SGA’s workshop held on 22 March 2022 as part of the GFB, and shared their experience and valuable advice regarding the legal and financial aspects of attracting investments for start-ups in an ever-growing sector such as gaming.
In addition, our colleagues Goran Radošević and Miloš Jakovljević, both Partners, joined the GFB as lecturers on 5 April 2022, covering M&A, an increasingly important topic in Serbian gaming market, as we have seen more and more transactions between domestic and world-renown companies in the gaming industry in the recent years.
