Organised by the Employment Conditions Abroad (ECA), a leading consulting company in the field of expatriate management, the event featured legal experts and human resources professionals, with topics ranging from stay and work permit regulations for expatriates, tax calculations and social security contributions.
Milena Jakšić Papac, Head of the Employment practice group ⃰, and Branimir Rajšić, Senior Tax Consultant, held a presentation on the employment of foreigners and the accompanying tax issues in Serbia and Montenegro. Special attention was given to matters concerning the payment of social contributions for foreign employees and restrictions related to adequate work permits.
