MYTY Group has acquired 404 Group, consisting of four targets in Croatia (404 d.o.o., Shape 404 d.o.o., SevenofNine (Flow) d.o.o. and Rijetka biljka d.o.o.).

Our colleagues from Ilej & Partners in cooperation with Karanović & Partners, led by Senior Partner Goran Ilej, Senior Associate Nika Jurković and Associate Antun Skansi, advised MYTY Group during the transaction structuring, negotiation, and drafting of all transaction documentation.
They have also performed legal due diligence over the operations of the four targets, as well as the advice on the mandatory conversion of the target companies’ share capital into the euro since the deal was structured in this delicate time, amidst Croatia entering the eurozone and adopting the euro as its official currency.
