Our Senior Associate Nikola Kliska has been accepted as a member of the ECTA AI & Data Committee. This committee is dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of artificial intelligence and data within the field of intellectual property. Nikola’s acceptance into this committee is a testament to his expertise and commitment to innovation in the legal sector.
ECTA, founded in 1980 now has 40 years’ experience in promoting its members’ knowledge and professionalism. Known as the ‘European Communities Trade Mark Association’, ECTA was the primary non-governmental professional association involved in the introduction of the European Union’s Community trade mark system in 1996 and has remained actively involved in the refinement and improvement of this highly successful unitary trade mark system.
Committee membership involves significant responsibilities, including contributing to various projects and attending biannual physical meetings. The current term started in July 2023 and will continue for two years, during which Nikola will collaborate with other leading professionals to shape the future of AI and data within intellectual property.
We are confident that Nikola will bring valuable contribution to the committee, further enhancing his professional growth and our team’s expertise in this dynamic area.
