Stellantis, a global carmaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions, and its Serbian subsidiary FCA Serbia signed an agreement with OMR Group, a Serbian automotive, insurance, leasing, fleet management and real estate group of companies, by which OMR Group intends to acquire distribution business of FCA Serbia in Serbia and Montenegro. The distribution business of FCA Serbia encompasses the distribution of automotive brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep.
The closing of the deal is subject to merger clearance by the competent competition authority. After the closing of the proposed transaction, OMR Group will import FCA’s automotive brands in Serbia and Montenegro.
