The Tax Administration of Montenegro is implementing a project that will enable the electronic registration of economic entities as well as several other electronic services related to the register of economic entities through the eFirma portal (https://efirma.tax.gov.me). The completion of the entire project, which is planned in the mid-2021, will establish a system for electronic registration of all types of economic entities, making changes to registration data, as well as additional services that will reduce to the minimum a need to visit the Central Register of Economic Entities.
Within the first phase of this project starting December 25, 2020, electronic registration of one-member limited liability companies for resident founders will be possible with a minimum capital of 1 EUR. Electronic registration of changes in the address and activities of the company will be also be possible, with the possession of a certified electronic signature.
In addition, electronic services for ordering certificates issued by CRPS (including extract and certificate of activity) will be established on December 25, 2020.
