TeraPlast Group has signed an agreement to acquire 70% of Optiplast, Croatia’s third-largest flexible packaging manufacturer, enhancing its regional reach and production capacity. Optiplast specialises in flexible packaging products, including waste bags and shopping bags, and brings 35 years of market experience to complement TeraBio Pack’s offerings.
