UniCredit Bank Serbia and Elicio Ali VE doo, a company wholly owned by Elicio NV, have completed the refinancing transaction of the wind farm “Alibunar” of 42 MW, which supplies slightly less than 30,000 households with electricity, Unicredit Bank announced at the end of October.
Our Senior Associate, Mina Sreckovic, advised Elicio Ali VE doo as borrower in the refinancing business of the Alibunar wind farm.
Elicio’s portfolio currently includes 540 MW of operational onshore and offshore wind farms, with another 60 MW under construction.
In addition to projects in Serbia, Elicio manages more than thirty wind farms in Belgium and France and has a significant portfolio of wind farms in the North Sea.
