Sanja is a member of the Competition Practice Group and has experience in all aspects of competition law matters, including antitrust regulations and merger control. She represents both domestic and foreign clients before competition authorities. Sanja also has a strong background in corporate law and M&A as she has broad experience in navigating complex M&A transactions in various industries.
