Tijana is a senior member of the Banking and Finance Practice Group with substantial experience in general banking, finance, insurance, capital markets and regulatory matters. She advises clients in relation to full range of financial services, including complex syndicated and bilateral loans, project finance, acquisition finance, infrastructure transactions, restructuring, refinancing, and sovereign debt. She regularly advises foreign and local banks and payment institutions in relation to regulatory compliance questions and procedures.
